Beeline Disposable Infusion Pump

Accurate. Durable. Easy to use.

Transform patient care with Beeline disposable pumps

If you’re looking for a reliable, consistent, high-performing, and easy-to-use infusion solution, the Beeline Infusion Pump can deliver.

Beeline is a disposable, spring-driven syringe pump intended to provide continuous delivery of medication to surgical wound sites for preoperative, perioperative and postoperative regional anesthesia and pain management, antibiotics, and chemotherapy.

Why choose the Beeline disposable infusion pump?

We designed the Beeline antibiotic infusion pump specifically with accuracy, consistency, durability, and ease of use in mind. Our quality and dependability have made us the trusted disposable infusion pump supplier for healthcare providers across the world.

Here are just a few of the factors that set us apart from other infusion pumps.

Ease of Use

The Beeline pump is designed for both patient-controlled and provider-controlled infusion. It is intuitive and simple, making it easy to attach infusion sets or other accessories. By choosing Beeline, you can streamline post-operative pain management in the hospital and at home.

Streamlined medication delivery

The Beeline eliminates need for IV poles or drop counting, resulting in improved compliance and clinical efficacy.

Durability

Our pumps are built to last. The Beeline is waterproof and made of high-quality, durable materials that will reliably endure throughout the entire infusion timeline.

Accuracy

With a flow rate accuracy of ±15%, the Beeline is more accurate than most other disposable pumps.

Versatility

The Beeline offers eleven different infusion flow rates (flow rate is determined by choice of infusion set), and infusion application time can range from 30 minutes to 7 days depending on the infusion set. The rigid casing comes in 2 sizes: 100 mL and 275 mL.

Fluid Visibility

Since the casing of the pump is clear, patients and practitioners can easily see the volume of medication remaining.

Consistent Flow Rate

The casing is rigid, so accidentally sitting or pushing on it does not change the flow rate. Temperature or pump placement (moving the pump higher or lower) also does not impact flow rate.

No Batteries Required

Unlike some other infusion pumps, the Beeline does not use batteries, so it will never run out of juice.

Only Need to Stock 2 Pump Sizes

Traditional elastomeric infusion pumps have the restrictor built in, meaning healthcare providers need to stock different pumps for each different flow rate. Since Beeline’s flow rate is determined by the infusion set, you only need to stock 2 pump sizes, saving money and reducing risk of overstock.

Positive Pressure6 psi nominal / 310 mmHg
Infusion SetsSlow-flow: 0.6, 0.8, 1.5, 2.0, 4.0, 5.0, 8.0 mL/hr Fast-flow: 50, 100, 200, 250 mL/hr
Fluid Path MaterialsSlow-flow (<20 mL/hr): polyethylene, polypropylene, silicone, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, PVC, acrylic, PTFE, cellulose acetate, glass. Latex-free. Contains DEHP. Fast-flow (>=20mL/hr): polyethylene, polypropylene, silicone, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, PVC, acrylic. Latex-free. DEHP-free.
Operating TemperatureDelivers solution at the labeled nominal flow rate when the temperature of the infusate at the distal Luer is 86°F / 30°C (slow-flow infusion sets) and 72°F / 22°C (fast-flow infusion sets). Flow rate increases approximately 1% per 1°F / 0.56°C increase in temperature.
Fluid ViscosityCalibrated using 5% Dextrose in Water (slow-flow infusion sets) and 0.9% Normal Saline (fast-flow infusion sets) as the infusate. Flow rate increases as fluid viscosity decreases.
Head HeightCalibrated with the infuser 18″ / 45.7 cm below the infusion site at the patient. Flow rate decreases approximately 6% for every 10″ / 25.4 cm that the infuser is lowered.
Visual AlertsGraduation marks at 5 mL intervals to allow monitoring of infusion status. Clear polypropylene barrel allows for visualization of reservoir contents.
Catalog Numbers100mL infuser = BLN100
